AaaaHHHHHhh!!

We were finally able to go camping this past weekend. We spent three nights up at "Shingle Creek". It was so relaxing and so overdue...Chris said he just needed three more days (on Friday) and "just three more days" (on Saturday). So it is probably safe to say he enjoyed it as well. Grandma and Grandpa Swensen were both able to come up which makes it that much more fun. Grandpa brought the three-wheelers and grandma brought the watermelon so everyone was happy.
We fished up at the beautiful Trial Lake.

Thomas out fished us all. Final score: Thomas 2 Mom 1 (which is probably cheating because it was so small)

Chris cooked dutch oven chicken and rice with dump cake for dessert. It was yummy, it makes us ask why we don't cook dutch oven more often. Then of course, we had to have smores...

We can't forget about the creek...there is no better way to cool off when in the mountains.
